Section 26-1-9.1-624 - Debtor's or secondary obligor's waiver of rights regarding disposition or redemption of collateral(a) A debtor or secondary obligor may waive the right to notification of disposition of collateral under IC 26-1-9.1-611 only by an agreement to that effect entered into and signed after default.(b) A debtor may waive the right to require disposition of collateral under IC 26-1-9.1-620(e) only by an agreement to that effect entered into and signed after default.(c) Except in a consumer-goods transaction, a debtor or secondary obligor may waive the right to redeem collateral under IC 26-1-9.1-623 only by an agreement to that effect entered into and signed after default.Amended by P.L. 199-2023,SEC. 87, eff. 7/1/2023.As added by P.L. 57-2000, SEC.45.
