Section 25-6.1-9-4 - Expiration and renewal of sponsor approval(a) The approval for a sponsor expires February 28 each even-numbered year.(b) A sponsor must submit: (1) a letter requesting renewal of approval; and(2) the renewal fee;
at least thirty (30) days before the sponsor's approval expires.
