Section 25-42.5-12-8 - Disputes between states; commission's duty to enact rule providing for mediation and binding dispute resolution(a) Upon request by a member state, the commission shall attempt to resolve disputes related to the compact that arise among member states and between member and nonmember states.(b) The commission shall promulgate a rule providing for both mediation and binding dispute resolution for disputes as appropriate.Added by P.L. 98-2023,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2023.
