The board shall keep a record open to public inspection at all reasonable times of its proceedings relating to the issuance, refusal, renewal, suspension or revocation of certificates of registration. This record shall also contain the name, place of business and residence, and the date and number of registration of each registered architect and landscape architect in this state.
