Section 25-39-3-1 - Necessity for license; issuance; carrying license; inspection; expiration date(a) An individual may not be a water well driller or water well pump installer without a license.(b) The department shall issue a license to each individual who applies and qualifies for a license under this chapter.(c) The license of the licensee operating well drilling equipment or installing a water well pump shall be carried by the licensee and presented for inspection by a representative of the department upon request.(d) Every license expires on December 31 of the year for which it was issued.As added by P.L. 262-1987, SEC.3.
