Section 25-36.5-1-12 - Revocation of license; proceedings

The department may, after notice and a hearing, revoke the registration certificate or license of any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter. All proceedings under this chapter to revoke a license shall be conducted in the manner prescribed by IC 4-21.5-3.
