Section 25-35.6-3-4 - Issuance of license(a) The board shall issue a license to any person who meets the requirements of this article and who pays to the board the initial license fee prescribed by the board by rule.(b) A license issued under this article is valid until the next renewal date described under section 6 of this chapter.(Formerly: Acts1973 , P.L. 262, SEC.1.)
