Section 25-33.5-7-1 - Adverse action on license or temporary authorization to practice

A home state shall have the power to impose adverse action against a psychologist's license issued by the home state. A distant state shall have the power to take adverse action on a psychologist's temporary authorization to practice within the distant state.
