Section 25-33.5-5-1 - Compact state recognition

A compact state shall recognize the right of a psychologist who is licensed in a compact state, in conformance with IC 25-33.5-3, to practice temporarily in another compact state in which the psychologist is not licensed, as provided in the compact.
