Section 25-31.5-3-7 - Roster of registered soil scientists(a) Each year the board shall publish a roster that includes the names, addresses, and places of business of all registered soil scientists.(b) Copies of the roster published under subsection (a) must be: (1) made available to each registered soil scientist; and(2) furnished to members of the public upon request.As added by P.L. 244-2001, SEC.1.
