Section 25-26-26-12 - Withdrawing or rescinding participation in program(a) A local repository may withdraw from participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to the board.(b) The board or a third party contracting with the board under section 10(d) of this chapter may rescind a local repository's participation in the program under this chapter for cause.Added by P.L. 208-2023,SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2023.
