Section 25-26-16-2 - Adjustment For purposes of this chapter, a pharmacist adjusts a drug regimen if the pharmacist:
(1) changes the duration of treatment for a current drug therapy;(2) adjusts a drug's strength, dosage form, frequency of administration, or route of administration;(3) discontinues the use of a drug;(4) adds a drug to the treatment regimen;(5) issues a new prescription for the purposes of subdivision (1), (2), or (4); or(6) makes a therapeutic substitution.Amended by P.L. 207-2021,SEC. 43, eff. 7/1/2021.Amended by P.L. 202-2017,SEC. 14, eff. 7/1/2017.As added by P.L. 114-1996, SEC.2.
