Section 25-24-3-16.5 - Optometrists; prescribing a certain controlled substance An optometrist who:
(1) holds a license under this article;(2) meets the requirements of this chapter for certification to administer, dispense, or prescribe a legend drug; and(3) maintains a controlled substance registration under IC 35-48-3; may prescribe Tramadol (Ultram).
