Section 25-24-1-5 - Application of chapter to physicians and surgeons

Nothing in this chapter shall be considered to apply to physicians and surgeons who have been authorized to practice medicine, surgery (as described in IC 25-22.5-1-1.1(a)(1)(C)), and obstetrics under the laws of the state of Indiana.
