Section 25-23.6-10.5-12 - Renewal(a) This section is subject to section 12.3 of this chapter.(b) Subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e), a license issued by the board under this chapter is valid for the remainder of the renewal period in effect on the date the license was issued.(c) An individual may renew a license by paying a renewal fee on or before the expiration date of the license.(d) If an individual fails to pay a renewal fee on or before the expiration date of a license, the license becomes invalid.Amended by P.L. 225-2017,SEC. 9, eff. 7/1/2017.Amended by P.L. 177-2015, SEC. 58, eff. 7/1/2015.As added by P.L. 122-2009, SEC.29.
