Section 25-23-1-20.4 - Part-time faculty(a) As used in this section, "faculty" refers to a group of individuals who are employed to administer and teach in a nursing program.(b) Beginning July 1, 2024, the majority of employees on the faculty of a nursing program may be part-time employees of an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(a)) or a hospital that conducts the nursing program.(c) The board of nursing may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this section.Amended by P.L. 152-2024,SEC. 7, eff. 7/1/2024.Added by P.L. 69-2022,SEC. 10, eff. 3/10/2022.
