Section 25-21.5-2-14 - Enforcement and administration of article; adoption of rules(a) The board shall enforce and administer this article.(b) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 that are reasonably necessary to implement this article, including for the administration of the professional surveyor and surveyor intern investigative fund established under IC 25-21.5-11-4, and establish standards for the competent practice of surveying.Amended by P.L. 57-2013, SEC. 45, eff. 7/1/2013.As added by P.L. 23-1991, SEC.12.
