Section 25-20.7-3-1 - Fees(a) The agency shall collect the following fees under this article: (1) An initial registration fee of one hundred dollars ($100).(2) A biennial renewal fee of one hundred dollars ($100).(3) A restoration fee of one hundred dollars ($100).(b) The fees collected by the agency under this article shall be deposited by the agency in the same manner as other fees collected by the agency are deposited.As added by P.L. 177-2009, SEC.37.
