Section 25-20.2-7-2 - Restriction on agency or political subdivision

An agency or political subdivision of the state (other than the board) may not:

(1) impose a registration or licensing requirement; or

(2) charge a license, an employment, or another fee;

on individuals licensed under this article for activities defined in this article.
