Section 25-20.2-3-6 - Board meetings; quorum; majority vote required(a) The board shall meet at least two (2) times each calendar year upon the call of the chairperson or the written request of a majority of the members of the board.(b) The chairperson shall establish the date, time, and place for each meeting.(c) A majority of the current members of the board constitutes a quorum.(d) The affirmative vote of a majority of the members appointed to the board is necessary for the board to take official action.As added by P.L. 145-2003, SEC.7.
