Section 25-14-6-5 - No requirement to administer immunizations(a) A dentist may not be required to: (1) administer an immunization; or(2) complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this chapter; if the dentist chooses not to administer immunizations.
(b) If a dentist chooses not to administer immunizations, the dentist is not required to complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this chapter to maintain a license to practice as a dentist in this state.Added by P.L. 31-2021,SEC. 2, eff. 4/8/2021.
