Section 25-1-8-4 - Quadrennial license renewal system(a) Notwithstanding any law establishing a biennial license renewal system, a board operating on such a system may by rule establish a quadrennial license renewal system.(b) If a board establishes a quadrennial license renewal system, it may provide for a reduction in the fees for the four (4) year license.As added by P.L. 234-1983, SEC.3.
