Section 25-1-2-3 - Authorization to issue and reissue licenses

Subject to section 6(e) of this chapter, licensing agencies shall issue and reissue licenses and collect license fees on the basis of a licensing period. The entire fee for the issuance or renewal of a license shall be payable before the issuance or renewal of the license.
