Section 24-9-4-0.1 - Chapter not applicable to loans made before January 1, 2005

Notwithstanding the addition of IC 24-9-3 and this chapter by P.L. 73-2004, a person is not subject to a prohibition or requirement of IC 24-9-3 and this chapter, both as added by P.L. 73-2004, with respect to a loan made before January 1, 2005.
