Section 24-9-3-0.1 - Chapter not applicable to loans made before January 1, 2005

Notwithstanding the addition of this chapter and IC 24-9-4 by P.L. 73-2004, a person is not subject to a prohibition or requirement of this chapter and IC 24-9-4, both as added by P.L. 73-2004, with respect to a loan made before January 1, 2005.
