Section 24-5-27.5-3 - "Credit card"

As used in this chapter, "credit card" means any:

(1) card;

(2) plate; or

(3) other single credit device;

that may be used from time to time to obtain credit (as defined in 12 CFR 1026.2(a)(14)).
