Section 24-5-13.1-9 - "Responsible manufacturer or installer"

As used in this chapter, "responsible manufacturer or installer" means the manufacturer or installer that is liable for the:

(1) repair of;

(2) replacement of; or

(3) reimbursement for;

a converted motor vehicle under section 11 of this chapter.
