Section 24-5-11-2.7 - "Insured consumer" As used in this chapter, "insured consumer" refers to a person:
(1) that is a policyholder or an insured under a:(A) personal line policy of property and casualty insurance coverage; or(B) commercial line farm insurance policy that insures residential property; and(2) that is or may become a consumer that enters into a real property improvement contract under this chapter.Added by P.L. 170-2017,SEC. 8, eff. 7/1/2017.
