Section 24-4.9-2-6 - "Financial institution"

"Financial institution" means a financial institution as defined in:

(1) IC 28-1-1-3, other than a consumer finance institution licensed to make supervised or regulated loans under IC 24-4.5; or

(2)15 U.S.C. 6809(3).
