Section 24-4.5-3-102 - Application

This chapter applies to consumer loans, including supervised loans. In addition, IC 24-4.5-3-601 through IC 24-4.5-3-605 apply to consumer related loans. The licensing provisions of this chapter apply to consumer credit sales under IC 24-4.5-2 that are subordinate lien mortgage transactions.
