Section 24-4.5-3-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows:
(1) The amendments made to section 201 of this chapter by P.L. 163-1999 do not apply to consumer loans in existence before July 1, 1999.(2) The amendments made to section 209(1) of this chapter by P.L. 159-2001 apply to a contract between a lender and a debtor that is entered into or renewed after June 30, 2001.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 390, eff. 7/1/2011.
