Section 24-4.5-2-603 - Applicability of other provisions to consumer related sales

Applicability of other Provisions to Consumer Related Sales - Except for the rate of the credit service charge (24-4.5-2-201) and the rights to prepay and to rebate upon prepayment, the provisions of Part 2 of this Chapter apply to a consumer related sale.
