Section 24-15-4-2 - [Effective 1/1/2026] Contract provisions purporting to waive or limit consumer rights

Any provision of a contract or agreement of any kind that purports to waive or limit in any way a consumer's rights under IC 24-15-3 is contrary to public policy and is void and unenforceable.
