Section 24-15-2-7 - [Effective 1/1/2026] "Consent"(a) "Consent" means a clear affirmative act that signifies a consumer's freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous agreement to process personal data relating to the consumer.(b) For purposes of this section, a "clear affirmative act" includes a written statement, including a statement written by electronic means, or any other unambiguous affirmative action.Added by P.L. 94-2023,SEC. 1, eff. 1/1/2026.
