Section 24-14-7-1 - Application of chapter This chapter applies to the following:
(1) A towing company that tows and stores a motor vehicle under this article.(2) A storage facility that stores a motor vehicle that is towed by a towing company under this article, regardless of whether the towing company and the storage facility are affiliates.Added by P.L. 281-2019,SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2019.
