Section 24-14-2-10 - "Motor vehicle"

"Motor vehicle" means any vehicle that:

(1) is manufactured primarily for use on public streets, roads, and highways (not including a vehicle operated exclusively on a rail or rails); and

(2) has at least four (4) wheels.
