Section 23-2.5-9-6 - Loan processor; federal law compliance A loan processor shall comply with all of the following:
(1) The federal Truth in Lending Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.).(2) The federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( 12 U.S.C. 2601 et seq.).(3) The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1691 et seq.).(4) Any other federal law concerning residential mortgage lending.Added by P.L. 175-2019,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2019.
