Section 23-2.5-12-2 - Governance of repealed law

IC 23-2-5, as in effect before its repeal, exclusively governs all actions and proceedings that:

(1) are pending on June 30, 2019; or

(2) may be instituted after June 30, 2019, on the basis of conduct occurring before July 1, 2019.
