Section 23-2-4-7 - Delivery of disclosure statements to persons executing agreements(a) Prior to the execution of a continuing care agreement, a provider shall deliver to the contracting party and the prospective resident a copy of the initial disclosure statement and the latest annual disclosure statement.(b) After the execution of a continuing care agreement, a provider shall provide, upon request, a copy of the initial disclosure statement and the latest annual disclosure statement.As added by Acts1982 , P.L. 145, SEC.1.
