Section 23-2-4-22 - Commissioner; powers; hearings and investigations The commissioner, or his designated representative, may:
(1) conduct under IC 4-21.5-3 hearings necessary to carry out this chapter;(3) conduct investigations to determine whether any person has violated or is about to violate this chapter or a rule or order issued under this chapter; and(4) compel the production of any item relevant to an investigation under this chapter.As added by Acts1982 , P.L. 145, SEC.1.
