Section 23-1.3-8-2 - Powers and duties A benefit officer shall have:
(1) the powers and duties relating to the purpose of the benefit corporation to create general public benefit or a specific public benefit provided:(B) absent controlling provisions in the bylaws, by resolutions or orders of the board of directors; and(2) the duty to prepare the benefit report required under IC 23-1.3-10.Added by P.L. 93-2015, SEC. 3, eff. 1/1/2016.
