Section 23-1-43-20 - Corporation having shares registered under Exchange Act; application of chapter

This chapter does not apply to any business combination of a resident domestic corporation that does not, as of the share acquisition date, have a class of voting shares registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 12 of the Exchange Act, unless the corporation's articles of incorporation provide otherwise.
