Section 23-1-38-5 - Corporation not yet issuing shares; adoption of amendments by board of directors

If a corporation has not yet issued shares, its board of directors (or if a board of directors has not been selected, then the incorporators) may adopt one (1) or more amendments to the corporation's articles of incorporation.
