Section 23-1-20-24 - "Shareholder"

"Shareholder" means the person in whose name shares are registered in the records of a corporation or the beneficial owner of shares to the extent of the rights granted pursuant to a recognition procedure or a disclosure procedure established under IC 23-1-30-4.
