Section 23-0.5-9-53 - Notice of merger or conversion

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a notice of merger or conversion:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.

(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
