Section 23-0.5-9-45 - Articles of merger(a) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of merger electronically:(1) Seventy-five dollars ($75), in the case of a for-profit entity.(2) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.(b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of merger in a manner other than electronically:(1) Ninety dollars ($90), in the case of a for-profit entity.(2) Thirty dollars ($30), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.Added by P.L. 118-2017,SEC. 5, eff. 1/1/2018.
