Section 23-0.5-9-43 - Application for certificate of existence

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing an application for certificate of existence:

(1) Fifteen dollars ($15) for an electronic filing.

(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
