Section 23-0.5-9-34 - Biennial report(a) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a biennial report electronically:(1) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a for-profit entity.(2) Ten dollars ($10), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.(b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a biennial report in a manner other than electronically:(1) Fifty dollars ($50), in the case of a for-profit entity.(2) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.Added by P.L. 118-2017,SEC. 5, eff. 1/1/2018.
