Section 23-0.5-9-31 - Commercial registered agent termination statement

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a commercial registered agent termination statement:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.

(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
