Section 23-0.5-9-26 - Foreign registration statement(a) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a foreign registration statement electronically:(1) Seventy-five dollars ($75) for a for-profit entity.(2) Twenty dollars ($20) for a nonprofit corporation.(b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a foreign registration statement in a manner other than electronically: (1) One hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) for a for-profit entity.(2) Seventy-five dollars ($75) for a nonprofit corporation.Added by P.L. 118-2017,SEC. 5, eff. 1/1/2018.
